Brooke represents clients with a variety of family law and divorce issues, including child custody, child support, legal separation, parenting time, paternity, post-decree modifications and enforcement, guardianships, emancipation, relocations, and protective orders.
Brooke is passionate about helping clients stay informed and prepared while working through the difficult periods of their lives. She enjoys developing creative ways of reaching her clients’ goals to ensure them a result tailored to their specific needs.
In her free time, Brooke likes to run, go to wine and book clubs, and spend time with her husband and two daughters.
Sarah is a seasoned family law attorney with extensive experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, modification of custody, parenting time and child support, paternity, Children in Need of Services (CHINS) matters, adoptions, name changes, prenuptial agreements, and post-nuptial agreements. She is motivated by the opportunity to assist her clients in navigating through challenging times in their lives.
As a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in several counties throughout Indiana, Sarah is also very passionate about being an advocate for children and representing the best interest of children in cases involving custody, parenting time, abuse, and neglect.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time and traveling with her family.
Maggie’s practice is focused on family law and she specializes in divorces, custody, parenting time, paternity matters, and modifications. Maggie prioritizes the needs of her clients and believes in the importance of family focused strategies through thorough preparation and responsive communication. She is experienced in the courtroom and a skilled negotiator.
Maggie enjoys serving her community on the Fishers Economic Development Commission and Fishers Youth Assistance Program. She loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, and travel.
Jill is a divorce lawyer and family law attorney focusing on the areas of mediation, arbitration, domestic relations litigation, and alternative dispute resolution since 1993. As a certified family law specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board and a registered domestic mediator, she has been helping families access the necessary resources to successfully move through the most challenging times in life.
In her free time, Jill enjoys traveling with her family and attending her kids’ sports and extracurricular events.
